Our story
Huaquen Export was founded in April 2021 as a fresh fruit export company. We take part as both growers and exporters, involving ourselves across the entire value chain. We work with a group of growers under a cooperative model, where the commitment and trust of every member is the key to our success.
We have a qualified technical team working towards shared objectives, with a safe, high-quality product at the centre of everything we do. Food safety is essential to meeting those standards, which is why we work with certified raw-material and packaging suppliers. Our aim is for distributors and consumers to recognise our label as a homogeneous product: same type, size and quality.

Pablo Godoy
Managing Director
Agronomist from the Catholic University of Valparaíso, with an MBA from Madrid, Spain. More than 38 years of experience in the industry. Went independent in 2006, partnering with the exporter EXPAFRUIT, and founded Huaquen Export SpA in 2021.
Mabel Hernández
Packing House Manager
Agronomist from the University of Talca, with experience in quality, post-harvest and operations management in the fruit industry. Joined Huaquen Export in 2021, leading the Quality and Post-harvest areas before taking on the plant management of Huaquen Export Servicios. Today leads the packing operation, bringing together people, processes and technology, with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Matías Prado
Manager, Cooperativa Cerezos del Maule
Business administration graduate from Universidad del Desarrollo, with more than 12 years of experience in commercial and management roles, across retail, telecommunications and companies trading agricultural products and solutions. Today works in the direction and management of Cooperativa Agrícola y Frutícola Cerezos del Maule, a related entity and a strategic part of Huaquen Export's production structure, leading the relationship with growers and their coordination with the exporter.
Consuelo Godoy
Legal Director
Lawyer with more than nine years of experience, mainly in tax, company and corporate law, advising businesses and family groups. Has combined legal counsel with the management and coordination of teams and the organisation of internal processes. Today Legal Director at Huaquen Export, leading its legal affairs and supporting management on corporate, organisational and internal governance matters.
Pablo Godoy Franco
Commercial Director
Computer science engineer from Universidad de los Andes. Started working in the fields at an early age, and later moved through different areas of the packing house, intake and reconciliation among them. After years taking part in commercial meetings, in Chile and in China, today Commercial Director of Huaquen Export, leading the relationship with our partners.
María Angélica Franco
Foreign Trade Assistant
Foreign trade professional, with particular dedication to the management and administration of international cargo insurance. Focuses on properly protecting export operations, handling policies, coverages, cargo declarations and coordination with insurance companies, brokers and logistics operators.
